WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
- Your order is shipping from Topeka, Kansas.
- US orders ship for a flat rate of $7.95.
- We process and ship orders within 48 hours (typically 24 hours or less Tuesday through Friday). Transit times average 2-5 business days. Please do not include weekends or holidays when calculating when your package will arrive.
- Packages are sent via USPS. This offer is not available for international orders.
- Local pick up is free of charge.
- Pick up Location: 5331 SW 22nd Place, Ste. 21, Topeka, Kansas. Inside Fairlawn Plaza Mall.
- Tracking and insurance are included with all US orders. An email will be sent when your order has shipped, and you can check your order status anytime by logging into your account.
- Lost or missing packages, though rare, will need to be reported and investigated through USPS and before a refund can be processed. We cannot re-ship orders due to USPS loss or theft.
MAY I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
- We accept returns and will issue a store credit to your account, minus the cost of shipping, once the items reach our store in re-saleable condition. We DO NOT charge a restocking fee, but you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items to us.
- You may return products that are unused and unopened up to 15 days after the purchase date with the exception of food items such as chocolate, candy, sprinkles, fondant and other edibles.
- If an order is damaged or incorrect, we'll take care of it at our expense
